FAQ's
Do you travel outside of Colorado?
Currently I'm only traveling within 50 miles of Fort Collins, CO due to my daughter's age. As she gets older, I will be traveling farther again.
What is your editing timeline?
It depends on the season and type of session, but you can expect them within 1-3 weeks after the date of your shoot. If you require the images to be completed sooner, then a rush processing fee will be charged.
How will I receive my photos?
After our session, I will send you an email with a link to your digital gallery. You'll be able to download them to your desktop, tablet, or phone as well as order professional grade prints through my print store.
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of Veronica Mills aka Images by V-RON.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I can work with you and request half of the session cost up front (via PayPal) to reserve your date/time and then the rest will be due the week of your shoot.
Am I allowed to share the photos on social media?
Yes! I highly encourage you to share them as long as you properly credit my business page or add www.imagesbyvron.com to your post/stories. Thank you so much for supporting my small business. It truly goes a long way.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! If you refer someone you know who successfully books with me then you get 10% off your next shoot. Just let them know to mention your name upon booking.
How often do you have Seasonal Mini Sessions?
I try to host them at least 4 times a year; Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. They will each have a theme, nice backdrop, and plenty of props to make them fun. Be sure to sign up for my email list and follow my Instagram page for priority booking since spots are limited.
